Arrived within the time frame given. Did a thorough clean of the clinic, and the carpets were dry within an hour or two! No hanging around for days waiting for them to dry!

I was a bit nervous about getting my wool rug cleaned as I thought wool was hard to clean and it would take ages too dry. But it came up great and was dry the next morning.
Chris turned up at our old address in Robina and got straight into it. Though its a dark pile carpet I could see the results after the standard clean. The carpet came up like new. I came back the next day to see the results and walking on the carpet I left my footprints in the fluffed up pile. It felt light to walk on. A top job ☆☆☆☆☆. Thank you Chris

Old stains removed that have been left in the past, nothing too much trouble and explained everything he was doing

A steam clean uses 10-50 litres of water – that’s per room – meaning a lot of moisture seeps into your carpet. By using 90% less moisture, a dry-clean is the way to still get results without having an extremely wet carpet. It’s also a healthier option as the Electrodry way leaves no chemical residue behind on your freshly cleaned carpets.
Wine and coffee stains are a common sight on carpets. If you allow these fresh spills to sit for too long, it could penetrate through your carpet's backing which will make it more difficult to remove. The sooner you tend to the stain, the greater the chances of successfully removing it. Having said that, our carpet cleaning technicians can remove most dark spots and stains as part of the natural cleaning process.
For stains that don’t come out, Electrodry Maitland Carpet Cleaning technician can try to perform spot cleaning to determine if the stain can be removed, but will discuss this process with you before proceeding.
One of the main reasons why your carpet smells after a deep clean is because of the underlay. That is because the underlay isn’t exposed to direct sunlight or air, which means it takes a lot more time to dry properly. As a result, this can lead to the growth of mould and mildew which is responsible for the wet carpet smell after carpet cleaning.
That is why Electrodry Carpet Dry Cleaning Maitland provides a great solution as carpets only take 1-2 hours to fully and even better still, you can walk on them almost immediately after the cleaning process is complete.
In order to expedite the drying process of your carpet, there are a couple of things you could do:
Open your doors and windows - this will encourage ventilation and speed up the drying time of your carpet
Move your furniture – consider moving sofas, chairs, and other furniture away from the room when drying your carpet to allow for better air circulation.
Use standing fans – using standing fans helps to speed up air circulation, especially if you set it up near an open door.
Use a dehumidifier – if you live in a relatively humid area, use a dehumidifier to keep moisture levels down to a minimum and to help the carpet dry faster.
