Over time however, each floor wash is adding more and more grime to the grout, with dirty water washing off your tiles (they do look sparkling clean, though) and down onto the grout line, creating a black film. Minimum price for tile and grout cleaning service is $300 and the typical price per square metre is $9 - $11. All quotes and cleaning demonstrations will incur a $40 fee that will be deducted from the cleaning costs if you proceed with the quoted work or another Electrodry service.
