Electrodry’s Tile and Grout Deep Clean is what we recommend for the removal of grime, soiling and grease.
However, most cleaning products are alkaline, which leads to residue build-up on the tiles. We’ve introduced Restorative Tile and Grout Clean, which includes the use of an acidic cleaning solution to break down residue from cleaning products and soap scum.
Loose debris is removed with an industrial-strength vacuum.
Our alkaline-based degreasing solution is applied, left to penetrate for up to 20 minutes to loosen up grease and contaminants.
Using a specialised brush, the technician will agitate grout lines to tackle dirt and grime. Your technician will focus on edges and baseboards for an overall excellent result.
We flush away soiling on the tile and grout with a high-pressure hot water extractor.

Electrodry’s Mould and Mildew Treatment treats unhealthy mould and mildew growth by including an additional step with our Restorative Cleaning process. The process utilises Chlorosan, an antimicrobial stain removal solution designed for mould affected tiles and grout.
Chlorosan actively treats the mould to sanitise the affected area, while treating stubborn mould stains.
Chlorosan is applied to the mould affected area of your tiles and grout, left to penetrate while it treats the active mould and removes the mould stains*.
The Chlorosan is flushed to reveal fresh and shiny tiles.
*In the cases of heavy or long-term mould contamination, some faint mould stains may remain in the grout. Our mould treatment solution is likely to remove some but not all mould growing under the silicone in the shower or bathroom area.
