We begin by thoroughly cleaning the area to be sanded and driving nails deeper into the boards as necessary.
Next, the floor is given a weighted rotary sanding treatment, which prolongs the life of your floor by removing less wood than a belt sander.
As we sand your floor further, we use progressively finer grades of sandpaper to get rid of blemishes and scratches to give your floor a flawless surface.
A hand-held rotary sander is then used to sand the edges, and an orbital sander is used to finish the process, providing a surface that is smooth and free of scratches.
For the purpose of coating, we apply a barrier seal to your floor. A light layer of the desired toner can then be applied if necessary.
Applying two coats of high-density, two-pack water-based polyurethane is the final step to provide a long-lasting finish.
