Beater and Vacuum: Hundreds of brushes gently beat the rug to dislodge the dry soiling.
Pre-Rinse: Each rug enjoys a soak to break down soiling before cleaning. Rugs with pet urine issues go through a decontamination bath, often for several hours.
Agitation: Cleaning solutions are agitated into the rug fibres (this stage may be adjusted for delicate rugs).
Rug Cleaning Machine: Rugs are thoroughly cleaned and rinsed in the automatic rug cleaning machine.
Rinse and Dry: Rugs are spun dry in a centrifugal dryer and hung in our drying room.
Finishing and Bagging: Rugs are checked and groomed, then bagged and ready for pick-up or delivery.
