Arrived within the time frame given. Did a thorough clean of the clinic, and the carpets were dry within an hour or two! No hanging around for days waiting for them to dry!

I was a bit nervous about getting my wool rug cleaned as I thought wool was hard to clean and it would take ages too dry. But it came up great and was dry the next morning.
Chris turned up at our old address in Robina and got straight into it. Though its a dark pile carpet I could see the results after the standard clean. The carpet came up like new. I came back the next day to see the results and walking on the carpet I left my footprints in the fluffed up pile. It felt light to walk on. A top job ☆☆☆☆☆. Thank you Chris

It’s all about how much water is used in the process. By using 90% less water than steam cleaning, Electrodry’s unique dry cleaning method will leave your carpet walk on dry in about an hour. We do this by using specialised cleaning solutions that release dirt from the fibres and loosen oily stains.
Dirt and stains are lifted when the conditioning rinse is applied, leaving no chemical residue and NO WET CARPETS. We are passionate about servicing the people of Childers and after many years of experience, Electrodry knows carpets and how to clean them.
Your Electrodry Childers technician has the proper training, innovative products and best equipment to target and remove most stains on your carpet and give it that fresh, natural appearance.
But did you know that a professional carpet clean could potentially improve your health? Many people don’t know that their carpet fibres filter allergens and pollutants, trapping them and preventing them from becoming airborne. That’s why it is so important to keep your carpets clean. A home vacuum will maintain your flooring but a professional service with a leading carpet cleaning company will thoroughly clean your carpet fibres, helping them to filter effectively.
Our superior dry cleaning technology is also able to successfully remove more stains than other carpet cleaning processes. Our technology breaks down the oil stains deep within your carpet fibres while using 90% less moisture than steam cleaning.
While both the steam cleaning and dry-cleaning processes have their benefits, one of the main considerations to think about is how long will it take for your carpets to dry. When it comes to dry cleaning, as minimal water is used, it only takes 1–2 hours to dry. The main benefit of this is that in most cases, your carpet is walk-on dry virtually straight away.
With steam cleaning, there is a much longer drying time due to the amount of water used in the process. Furthermore, steam cleaning isn’t quite as effective as dry cleaning when it comes to stain removal. Another consideration is depending on how dirty your carpets are in general, the extra moisture used in the steam cleaning process can actually cause shrinkage to your carpets as it can take several hours to fully dry.
Wait Until Fully Dry - Electodry will leave your carpets walk-on dry straight away but will be fully dry in as little as 1-2 hours. The longer you wait the better.
Remove Shoes - Remove your shoes before you walk on your carpet to keep the carpet fibres looking clean and fresh.
Don’t Go Barefoot - It’s a good idea to wear socks or slippers as the natural oils from bare feet can leave an oily residue that has the potential of attracting dirt.
Remove Spills & Stains Immediately - Cleaning up spills and stains should be a top priority. The longer you wait, the more difficult it will become to remove them.
Blot Instead of Rubbing - Use paper towels to blot spills and if a stain forms, try dishwashing detergent to remove the stain instead of harsh chemicals.
Vacuum the Carpet - If you vacuum on a regular basis, your carpets will stay clean and free of allergens. Don’t wait until they are filthy before vacuuming them.
Coffee quickly penetrates into the carpet fibres and even if you act quickly to clean up the spill, it can still leave a stain. If a coffee stain sits for too long, it can be very difficult to remove once it seeps into the carpet fibres and the backing of your carpet.
The professional carpet cleaners at Electrodry normally use spot-cleaning methods on coffee stains to make them easier to remove during the dry cleaning process. Although we're confident in our ability to remove coffee stains, there are some instances where we cannot guarantee stain removal. Things such as the type and age of the carpet will affect how easy it will be to clean the carpet and whether the coffee stain can be successfully removed.
Absolutely! Our friendly customer service team are on standby to take your call and give you an indicative quote for any carpet cleaning requirements you may have. We know that every job is different, which means our prices will be too. We typically base our prices on a 13-square-metre room size however, the price we quote is still subject to the size of the room and the condition of the carpets. We also usually have running specials on the go that you can take advantage of so please be sure to ask our friendly customer service representatives what is available at the time you call.
Your friendly Electrodry technician in Childers, Simon Cook, moved to the area about 6 months ago. He was impressed by the town and tells us we’d want to move there too if we visited and saw its beauty. Simon started with Electrodry about three years ago. He loves getting out and about to meet people and since moving to Childers with his wife and four kids, has felt lucky to meet many customers and introduce himself across the town. Simon enjoys Childers’ laidback vibe and that the locals are always willing to help each other out. He likes that Electrodry has consistent processes in place for all of its cleaning services, meaning he can be confident that he’s providing customers with great results, every time. Electrodry Childers provides superior service in other cleaning endeavours as well.
