***The New Mattress Cleaning Service is effective on areas of contamination up to the size of a dinner plate. If the contaminated area is greater than the size of a dinner plate, then the contamination may be too significant for effective decontamination and replacing the mattress may be the best course of action. Unfortunately, not all stains of this size can be removed because they will have penetrated too deep into the mattress fibres for our cleaning solution to be effective. For your health, we recommend replacing the mattress.

Try the following method to clean your bed mattress:
To get rid of dust and debris, vacuum it first.
Use a solution of water and a light detergent to spot-clean any spots.
Sprinkle baking soda all over the mattress and let it sit for a few hours so that the odours can be absorbed.
Remove the baking soda with a vacuum, then use a handheld steamer to clean and deodorise the area.
